Forgotten, but not Gone...

Okay...You may have forgotten about my blog. And, it seems in recent months, I have forgotten about my own blog. The reality is that it's not forgotten, not that I've been under-inspired, or that I've found other things to fill my time. The truth is...when I was basking weekly in the victories of my favorite football team it was hard to pry myself away from sports analyst's predictions, bloggers bad mouthing Cam Newton and discounting a team who started the season ranked 22. You can say I was absolutely distracted. Nevertheless, all the season's wins lead to a Division title...that lead to the opportunity, that we never got in 2004, to just try for the national title...The state's underdog rose to the top in Glendale, in the last seconds of the BCS game, the football floated ever so perfectly through the center of the uprights, it was then, that moment, that the confetti fell from heaven and fans roared with jubilation and we, the Auburn family, won! We did it!
If that's not inspiration...I don't what is! 2011 will be a great year. Y'all come back now ya hear!
